  • Direct Purchases Only: Only items purchased directly from SuperMusclesNutrition.com are eligible. Products bought through third-party retailers are not covered.

Condition of Items for Return

  • Unused and Unopened: Items must be in new condition, unopened, and with original seals intact.

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items (e.g., probiotics).

  • Clearance or final sale products.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Personal care items that have been used or worn.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (including RMA and return address).

  3. Pack Securely: Use original packaging and include proof of purchase.

  4. Ship Back: Use a trackable shipping method. Keep your receipt and tracking details.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

  • Other Reasons (Change of Mind, etc.): Customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, except in cases of defective/incorrect items.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Refunds are approved once items are inspected and meet conditions.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges and Replacements

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: We’ll replace items free of charge. Please report issues within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Not offered directly. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
